hi my name is luis a Candelaria am a single dad trying to make ends met. I have a 10year old son who is my life and joy. His mother gave him to me back in 2006 but never stop the chidsupport that i was paying. Before he came to me i had pay off all my childsupport and own nothing. He had came to me in october of 2006, in nov 2006 i had loss my job and was very sick , i had got behind in my mortage and hoping with my tax return i could get everything caught up but it did'ny work out this way, because my sons mom never stop the childsupport and my refund was send to her. thanks to this by the time i was better and started working i was so far in the hole that i loss my home. and no one will help. have be going threw hell and back. the pass 3 years she had gotten by tax return, support money from my paychecks,all this time he has be living with me and i have be supporting him the best i could. There have be times that i have got with out eatting so he can eat. and i do not know when the last time i even bought a clothes for me or him. a lot of the stuff we have goten it was given to us. it is not fair that his mom is getting alway with this. i try to get help with the childsupport out of ma to help (this is were the order is from) but they did nothing. i send them proof he was with me all this time(i was living in florida at the time) I had school records health record, and to letters from his mom stating he was going to be with me. but nothing. i needed to go to court back in sept 2008 but could nit afford the trip to ma from orlando and childsupport had over 3,900 on hold. they release it to his mom. because i could'nt go to court.if i 
would try to guess
how much free money his mom have gotten from 2006 untill now i would guess about a litte over $20,000. this is so wrong.
things starting getting hard on both of us in florida so we move to portland maine, because i have a brother there . he couldnt really help much, so we had to stay in a family shelter. this was was very hard. we didnt havemuch of anything, but the state did help us find a place, but right now we do not have much any in the house no beds dressers we have a sofa and a couple of air mattiess. so it be bad, if any one can help me and my son and if there anyone that can help us with legal help.
